RETURN POLICY

Jonathan Infotech is committed to delivering high-quality IT services, corporate training, and talent solutions. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair across all our service offerings.

1. Training Programs (Online / Offline / Corporate)

Cancellation Before Start Date:
- Full refund if canceled 7 days or more before the start of the program.
- 50% refund if canceled 3–6 days before start.
- No refund if canceled less than 3 days before the program begins.
After Training Starts:
- No refund once the training has commenced. However, rescheduling or transferring to a future batch is allowed (one-time) within 60 days, subject to availability.
Training Cancelled by Us:
- If Jonathan Infotech cancels a session or program, a 100% refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

2. Corporate IT Services / Consulting

Project-Based Services:
- A signed agreement will include specific milestones and payment terms.
- Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed for incomplete or undelivered milestones, as per contract terms.
Retainer or Subscription-Based Services:
- Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered.
- If service is discontinued mid-cycle, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused period, minus administrative fees (if any).

3. Talent Solutions (Staffing / Recruitment)

Permanent Hiring:
- A replacement guarantee (typically 30–90 days) is offered instead of a refund if a candidate leaves or is terminated for valid reasons.
Contract Staffing:
- Pro-rated refunds or billing adjustments are possible in cases of early termination, as per the agreement terms.

4. General Guidelines

- All refund requests must be made in writing via email to cs@jonathaninfotech.com within the applicable time frame.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- Administrative or processing fees may be deducted as applicable.

5. Exceptions

- Customized or enterprise programs and bespoke services may have different refund terms as defined in the client agreement.
- No refunds will be given for:
- Non-attendance without notification
- Services delayed due to client-side non-cooperation
